		<description>@Maggy, from I can glean from the experts, it&#039;s primarily a lack of funding.  But, the benefits so outweigh the costs!  As an older Boomer, the presence of a PACE program (or something equivalent to it) will be one of the deciding factors as to where we decide to retire when my husband turns 70.</description>

		<description>It sounds so good I wonder that maybe more aren&#039;t members ? And what maybe the causes are :- inertia, lack of publicity, within-state funding/regulations etc.? It seems such an ideal solution that everyone should know more about it.</description>
