		<description>Excellent info. I will have to listen to the archived show. I wish everyone would think about this subject. In the last 2 days I&#039;ve read blogs about siblings not agreeing what to do with parents stuff and of course, one taking all. It upsets me to hear one sibling is caring for parent while another is just seeing how much they can get material wise.
 How binding is a will in these cases? My parents planned ahead, it was spelled out years before they died. Everyone got one item of their choice, rest was auctioned and the money divided.</description>
