Coaching

Being an adult child and caring for an aging parent can be challenging.   Coaching can help whether you are facing a crisis or change now, or concerned about preparing for the future.  With Dale as your coach, you can face the future with confidence and choose your path, a path that will honor you and your aging parents.

Here are some of the challenges Dale can help you explore and address:

  • Seeking appropriate resources for your parent and building your support network
  • Struggling with siblings over the care of your elderly parents
  • Balancing caregiving with family and work responsibilities
  • Guiding  resistant parents through transitions such as moving into an assisted living community or skilled nursing

What makes coaching so effective?

Coaching is about you.  You’ll be able to clarify your understanding, drop false assumptions and move forward with clarity and confidence in your life.  You set the agenda for our calls.

Once you start the coaching process, you’ll be amazed with the results.  I know I was!
